What is Workz360

Workz360 is the gig work platform that puts the Independent Worker first. Not only do we not charge the worker a fee or take a bite from their hourly rate or project cost, but we provide seamless project search, communications, and vetting of companies and Independent Workers. And Workz360 provides a support system for the independent worker including discussion boards, video and other resources, and resources to provide access to insurance, tax compliance, legal, and other resources essential to being an Independent Worker.

How is W360 different from other platforms for Independent Workers?

Other platforms take a big bite from the Independent Worker’s income—as much as 20%. Plus, there are often subscription fees or other hidden charges that make it more difficult for an Independent Worker to earn a fair living. All fees related to projects on the Workz360 platform are paid by the company and are completely transparent, because no one likes surprises, unless it’s their birthday.

What resources do you offer Independent Workers?

Not only does Workz360 provide you easy access to jobs that meet your skills and timeframe, but we are building a network to help the Independent Worker—full time 1099 wage earners, those doing gig jobs as a side hustle, or retirees with a lifetime of experience to offer—the infrastructure to build, grow, and maintain a livelihood and retain a personal life.

The programs we are developing include:

  • Discussion board
  • Instructional video
  • Links to other resources to help the Independent Worker
  • Insurance coverage
  • Tax planning and preparation

  • Legal advice on entity structure, etc.

Who is paying for the service?

After the hiring manager at the company approves the work, you will receive an electronic funds transfer to your personal account through the Workz360 platform. This transaction typically occurs immediately, and you are not charged any service fees.

How and when do I get paid upon completion of a job?

After the hiring manager at the company approves the work, you will receive an electronic funds transfer to the account to which you linked your Workz360 account when you established that account. This transfer typically occurs within 24 hours.

And unlike some other platforms, Workz360 never charges the worker for travel or materials related to the gig.

How are my customer satisfaction ratings determined?

Your rating on the platform is based on the feedback received after you complete a project. Generally speaking, good ratings are the result of doing the project on time and to the customer’s scope of work, providing required documentation, completing the work on budget, and communications before, during and after the project. We have built the platform to make all that easy as possible for all parties.

How do I earn the WorkzBest or WorksBetter designation?

How to Qualify for WorkzBEST Rating

Those with the WorkzBest designation are just that—they have proven the ability to Work Best of their historical projects on the platform.

The rating is based on objective data in five categories:

  1. Quality ratings from completed projects
  2. Tenure on the platform
  3. Number of hours worked
  4. Number of projects completed
  5. Requested hourly or project rate “reasonableness” based on national and local data on similar projects in similar geographic areas

  • 1% rebate on the work you perform on the Workz360 platform as a bonus or to fund a retirement program on your own

  • Ability to upload a video telling your story

Those with the WorkzBetter receive some of the benefits of the higher level as they build their reputation on the platform.
